CURADO DC Baitcast
For smarter, more efficient lure casting under a variety of circumstances, the Curado DC represents the latest in Shimano technology development.
Designed to cast smarter, the DC (digital control) braking technology is the key element of this reel. When a cast is made, it automatically engages and controls the spool rotation by measuring its speed, andd then applies the apporpriate amount of braking force to keep the cast under control.
While electronic the DC doesnt require a battery, as teh system re-charges itself as the spool rotates.
